This privacy notice explains how WHIPOAM uses the information you provide when you join the First Drop waitlist. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@whipoam.com.

What we collect

We may collect your first name, email address, country, preferred flavor, preferred format, and campaign/source information such as UTM parameters.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage the WHIPOAM First Drop waitlist, understand demand, improve the planned product launch, and send the updates you explicitly asked to receive.

Email consent

When you join the waitlist, you consent to receive WHIPOAM First Drop emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

Who processes the data

We use service providers needed to operate the waitlist and email service, including our website hosting provider and Brevo for contact management and email delivery. They process data on our behalf under their applicable data-processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data only for as long as it is useful for the First Drop relationship, unless a longer period is required by law. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will stop using it for marketing and handle the request in accordance with applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@whipoam.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies and advertising technologies

The current First Drop waitlist does not require non-essential advertising cookies to submit the form. If WHIPOAM later activates analytics or advertising pixels that require consent, the site will be updated with the appropriate consent controls before those technologies are used where required.

Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies

The First Drop form itself works without non-essential advertising cookies. With your consent, WHIPOAM may load Google Analytics 4, the TikTok Pixel and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure First Drop signups and campaign performance. These technologies are not loaded before acceptance. You can refuse them and still use the waitlist. You can reopen Cookie settings from the website footer.

International visitors

WHIPOAM is testing demand in more than one country. Where service providers process information outside your country, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards may apply.

This is a launch-stage privacy notice for the waitlist. Publisher/legal-entity details should be completed once the legal structure used for WHIPOAM is finalized and before commercial sales or paid campaigns that require additional disclosures.
